Tuning In is a site-specific participatory sound performance-installation created in collaboration with EE Miller. Beginning with a playlist of songs identified as meaningful to a specific community of individuals, we solicit freeform vocal responses to these selections through public karaoake booths.
These vocal responses generate the sonic material for the collaborative compositions which are installed nearby.
